Refund policy

Items are returnable so long as they are unworn, unwashed, and are returned with their original packing slip. Laundered, customer-damaged or visibly worn items will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Items damaged in transit may be exchanged 1-to-1 for a new item. 

Items returned in the 30 day window are eligible for full a refund. Items returned outside the 30 day window will only be eligible for exchange.
